The licence

Each tool is licensed, not sold, to the company named on the licence. A single-user licence covers one named person. A team licence covers up to 10 named people at one company or registered provider.

What you can do

• Use the tools for your own business's sites and schemes, including sharing outputs (summaries, papers, letters) with your board, funders, partners and landowners.
• Keep copies for backup.

What you can't do

• Share, resell or pass the workbooks to anyone outside the licence.
• Remove the licence details or try to unlock protected sheets.
• Use the tools to build a competing product.

Updates and membership

The full toolkit includes 12 months of updates. Memberships and team licences renew monthly or yearly until cancelled, and you keep the right to use the versions you have for your own business if you cancel.

Professional judgement

The tools support, and don't replace, professional advice. Worked examples are illustrative. You are responsible for the inputs you use and the decisions you make. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Refunds

Because the tools are digital downloads available straight away, refunds are at our discretion. If a tool doesn't work as described, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
